We also offer other winter activities besides snowmobiling and ice karting. You can book through us reindeer programs, amethyst mine visits, ice fishing trips, etc.
Reindeer programs
For reindeer programs we collaborate with the local reindeer park, Kopara. Our programs always include winter clothing.
- Snowmobile safari to the reindeer park, includes: reindeer sleigh ride, feeding the reindeer, stories by the reindeer herder, reindeer soup lunch.

Amethyst mine visit
A guided trip to the amethyst mine in Luosto. Transfer from Pyhä from our safari house to Ukko-Luosto to make a visit to Lampivaaras Amethyst Mine with the Amethyst Pendolino. Includes guiding and transportation. Price: 115 € / adult, 72 € / child.
Ice fishing trips
An ice fishing trip to a nearby river or a lake. After gearing up in warm winter gear and taking our ice fishing equipment with us, we will go by car to a nearby river or a lake for some ice fishing. Our guide tells us the about ice fishing and what we might catch. We will drill our own holes and we will fish using bait. Program duration is 3 hours.

30 minutes husky safari
Transportation from our safari house by a car to a small husky park, where our guide awaits us. We will get instructions of mushing a dog sleigh and we will enjoy a 30 minutes husky sleigh safari. After the safari we have plenty of time to pet the dogs and ask our guide some more information about the life of the sled dogs and their mushers. We can of course also take some photos with our dog teams. There will be a minimum of 2 people in each sleigh, the other one is the driver who needs to be 18 years old and physically fit to be able to handle the sleigh, and the passenger will sit in the sleigh. A child or 2 children can sit with the passenger. Unfortunately we can’t take more children than there are adults on this trip.
The total duration with transfers is about 2 hours.
