Ice Karting

Ice Karting at Pyhä is a totally new experience that is fun and exciting. It is an activity that is easy to learn and get going, but difficult to master. Ice Karting allows everyone who is 15 years old or older, and taller than 150cm, to drive and compete with similar karts. The Ice Karting race gives you something to talk about for a long time! Karts in principle are the same as the ones used in indoor karting, but with studded tires. The program consists of practice, qualifying and race.
Three best drivers will be awarded with a medal!

Ice Karting Race
Duration: about 1 hour
Price: 75 € / person
Includes: Driving gear, sleigh transport to the track, instructions, warm-up laps, qualification and race.

If you wish to join as a spectator, the price is 12 € (includes: helmet, sleigh transport to the track)

Ice Karting PRO Race
Duration: about 1,5 hours
Price: 90 € / person
Minimum group size: 4 persons 
Includes: Driving gear, sleigh transport to the track, instructions, warm-up laps, qualification, two finals and hot drinks and a snack.

 

Please note! Strict rule ‐ No headwear or neckwear on Ice-karting. We do not allow ANY headwear or neckwear on ice-karting, except the balaclavas and helmets that we provide.

These are the conditions you must understand if you wish to join our ice karting program:

  1. The driver must drive safely and avoid collisions and obey the instructions of the organizers at all times.
  2. The driver must always stay in their car until told otherwise.
  3. The driver is held liable for damages and injuries caused to the third party, and to the car, and any other expenses that may occur for not obeying the rules.
  4. The organizers have the right to cancel the program immediately if a driver breaks the rules or is not capable of driving and handling the car, therefore causing accidents.
  5. Long hair is to be worn down and tied into a low ponytail and tucked into your own clothing. Scarves, sashes, and headwear that present a risk must be removed. Jewellery should also be removed.
