The Kemijoki river above lake Kemijärvi is a great fishing destination for big pike. You can find private cabin accommodation along the shoreline. The nearest airport is Rovaniemi (about 1h 40min), and the nearest railway station is in Kemijärvi (40min).

Kemijoki is a great destination for anglers wishing to fish for big pikes, or for perch and even zander. You can also find grayling, trout and whitefish.
